Everyone’s journey is different. That’s why the best way to start is by booking a Perfect Day Consultation — a 60 to 90-minute session where we’ll assess your goals, emotional landscape, and lifestyle needs. From there, we’ll co-create a plan that fits your pace and your priorities. Some clients check in biweekly, others prefer monthly sessions, and some come in for resets when life feels off-track. It’s completely customizable.
